2. Use of the Website
The content on this portfolio is for your general information and professional evaluation.
- Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages.
- You may not “scrape” or use my portfolio pieces to represent your own work.
3. Intellectual Property
- My Portfolio: All designs, code snippets, and text on this site are owned by Kamrul Hasan unless otherwise noted.
- Client Projects: Ownership of final deliverables (custom code, graphics) is typically transferred to the client upon full payment, though I retain the right to display the work in my portfolio for promotional purposes.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a successful project, clients are expected to:
- Provide necessary access (Hosting, WP-Admin, FTP) in a timely manner.
- Supply all content (copy, images, branding) unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Provide feedback within the timeframes established in the project kickoff.
5. Payment Terms
- A non-refundable deposit of [X]% is required to secure a spot in my development queue.
- Final payment is due upon project completion and prior to the “Go-Live” phase.
- Late payments may result in a suspension of services or a late fee of [X]%.
6. Limitation of Liability
While I strive for perfection, I cannot guarantee that WordPress, third-party plugins, or hosting environments will be 100% error-free. I am not liable for:
- Loss of data due to client-side mismanagement.
- Security breaches on the client’s hosting server.
- Loss of revenue resulting from downtime.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement if the other party breaches these terms. In the event of termination, the client will be billed for all hours worked up to the date of cancellation.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dhaka Bangladesh.
